These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Summit Health services, including our website, virtual care platform and in-clinic appointments. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
About Summit Health
Summit Health is a network of healthcare clinics operating in Quebec and Ontario, Canada. Our services include virtual care, travel health, infusion therapy, vaccination, blood work, sleep diagnostics, rapid testing and patient support.
Eligibility
To use our services you must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Some services have additional eligibility requirements.
Scope of care
Our virtual care service is not appropriate for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department immediately. Our clinicians will refer you to in-person care when clinically appropriate.
Fees and payment
Fees for non-covered services are payable at the time of service. Insurance reimbursement is the responsibility of the patient, though we provide detailed receipts to facilitate claims.

Privacy
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with PHIPA, Quebec Law 25 and applicable Canadian privacy legislation.
Limitation of liability
Summit Health provides healthcare services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The current version is always available at this URL. Material changes will be communicated to active patients.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the province in which the service is provided (Quebec or Ontario, as applicable), and the laws of Canada.
