Check if it is right for you

Is a home test right for you?

Nine short questions, about a minute. It is the STOP-BANG screener, the standard set of questions clinicians use to judge sleep apnea risk, and it tells us whether a home test is the sensible next step. Nothing is sent anywhere until you choose what to do at the end.

Results & treatment

The app uploads your data automatically. Our medical team analyses it, sends your report and, where the study supports it, prescribes treatment such as a CPAP and sets you up with it.

What you can claim back

Ontario. The test is recognised in Ontario, but it is not reimbursed by OHIP. Private insurance may or may not cover it, so check your plan. It is reimbursable through most health spending accounts, so check that too before you pay out of pocket.

Quebec. Most private insurers cover the cost. Check with your provider before purchasing.

Outside Ontario and Quebec. You will need a prescription for a sleep test from your own doctor. You can upload it when you purchase, and everything else works the same way.
