Common questions.
Our clinicians are licensed in Quebec, Ontario and Alberta, and can only provide care to patients located in those provinces. We cannot assess or treat you while you are outside Canada. Summit Health virtual care is for non-emergency care and is not a substitute for in-person or emergency services. A prescription is issued only when a clinician finds it clinically appropriate. If it is an emergency, call 911. In a mental health crisis, call or text 988.
